Directions
Take I-5 to the south Medford exit, Barnett Road. Turn east on Barnett Road towards Rogue Valley Medical Center (RVMC; see top map). The entrance to the Center of Health building is located on the right past Black Oak Road just beyond the entrance to Minute Market (lower map).
