Are you communicating effectively in your important relationships? Too much “drama” in your conversations? Want to become “edge-wise”?
Communicating with spouses, partners, friends, family, or co-workers can be a frustrating experience. Often, our best intentions become lost in arguments and other conflicts that evoke distressing emotions such as anger, fear, and anxiety.
This introductory workshop will prepare your mind, body, and emotions to overcome problems in communication. Workshop goals include:
• Enhance emotional intelligence
• Improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Negotiate compassionately and powerfully for safety, healthy
boundaries, and connection
The workshop will incorporate elements of wellness training, mindfulness,
psychodrama, dance, and martial arts as sources of wisdom to explore the
edge between us all.
